• I am not Amazon, please allow 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed and shipped.

• Once shipped, please allow an additional 5–7 business days for delivery.

• Shipping times may vary due to postal delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

*Online Services/Appointments for 7-Day Candles are not a physical product. You will not receive a tracking number. These services are performed at my altar. You will receive photo confirmation of your candle being lit/burned, along with any updates during the burn. This is why we require both a phone number and an email address. I am NOT responsible for any misspelling or wrong numbers entered at checkout. Please double check, Thank you!*

• NO REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If your product arrives damaged, please email omar@eastlosbrujo.com within 72 hours of delivery. 

Include:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the damaged product

• I will personally review the case and provide an exchange if applicable.

• EastLosBrujo is a one person business. Fraudulent chargebacks will not be tolerated.

• Under California Penal Code §484 and 18 U.S. Code §1343 (Wire Fraud), fraudulent chargebacks are considered theft and wire fraud, both criminal offenses punishable under state and federal law.

• Any customer who files a fraudulent chargeback will face immediate legal action, including but not limited to civil lawsuits, reporting to collections, and law enforcement involvement.

• In addition to legal recourse, anyone attempting fraud against EastLosBrujo will also be hexed and D.U.M.E.D. You have been WARNED.
